LPOA members are fellow Lakeside cottage owners who meet periodically in a Town Hall Meeting format to discuss common concerns and become informed on issues “inside the gate." LPOA has representation on the Lakeside Association Board.
LPOA memberships are by individual adults, not by cottage address. Voting at LPOA meetings is by individual paid members.
You may attend LPOA meetings without paying annual dues, but you will not be eligible to vote.
Calling or emailing the LPOA President with an agenda item in advance would be appreciated, but anyone can bring an issue to the floor during the “New Business” portion of the meeting.
All Lakeside property owners are listed in the LPOA Annual Directory regardless of membership status.
The main source of information is annual membership cards. Appropriate information included on your card is listed in the directory. Information not included on your card is not listed. Other updates are obtained by emails/phone calls to the Directory Editor, or emails/phone calls to the Lakeside Association office.
Directories may be purchased by non LPOA members at the Lakeside Association office for $15 each. The office staff has a list of current members.
INFORMATION IN THE LPOA DIRECTORY MAY NOT TO BE USED FOR SOLICITATION PURPOSES.
You are entitled to one directory copy for each membership you have paid. If you wish to have additional copies, they are available for $15.00 each.
